The Arts

At WPCC we have a desire to see the arts expressed throughout the life of our church. We want to see everyone being creative just like our father in heaven.

Why the arts?

Art as language

Through stories, sounds, and visual mediums, art speaks to our mind and heart in a way that is completely unique. Artistic communication has the ability to connect quickly yet paint lasting pictures.

Art as a bridge

Art holds a significant place in our culture. movies, video, theatre, dance, and visual art are esteemed, explored and most importantly - understood in all areas of our society. We want to use this common medium to communicate truth.

Art as a gift

Art is a God-given gift. we love helping people "discover" art inside them as well as seeing seasoned artists witnessing their talent used in a way they never imagined possible.
